Orders are eligible to be returned within 30 days of the order date.
Please send the product(s) you would like to return in a box or bubble mailer, including all of the product’s original packaging and a note with your order number inside.
You will not be charged a restocking fee as long as all items and packaging are included.
If any part of the product is missing (e.g., an Ethernet cable), you’ll only be charged the replacement cost for that item.
If the product’s original packaging is missing, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
